The Loweswater Parish Council Decision

We checked with Loweswater Clerk, Mike Milner on the exact text of the decision. Mike emailed us with the following reply:

“The chair actually proposed that the parish council were in no position at the current meeting to make a decision, based on information available due to the numerous outstanding issues which UU had still to answer. A proposal acknowledged and approved of unanimously by Loweswater Parish Council. 

In my understanding of the proposal's wording, that was not an outright objection as implied. It indicates that the parish council are still,  on behalf of residents, visitors and lovers of Crummoch Water seeking clarification to numerous anomalies the application has thrown up. UU's response is awaited.”
